Our mission
To provide comprehensive and professional accounting, tax, and statutory services that empower small and medium-sized businesses to achieve financial ease and prosperity. We aim to handle the complexities of financial compliance, allowing our clients to focus on the core operations and growth of their businesses.
Malinda Albertse started her journey in the accounting profession in 1992. Going out on her own in 2002, she registered her business as "Malinda Albertse Finansiele en Belastingdienste" and in 2007 changed its name to "Shelev Accounting".
The word "Shelev" translates in Hebrew to "ease, prosperity" which supports her vision for her clients.
Malinda is a member of the Charted Institute of Business Accountants and has more than 23 year's experience in the accounting profession. Marli Albertse joined the practice in 2025 and is a member SAICA. The business also has a second "leg" named Shelev Statutory Services, which is run by Thanja Erasmus.
Our aim is to support the small and medium business by providing a complete Accounting, Tax and Statutory services in order to assist the business owners to focus on their core function and to assist the individual client with their needs.
